Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of greyhoundtips.com.au (the "Service"), operated from Australia. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to access racing information in your location. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

• We provide analysis and information derived from racing form, market prices, and our own statistical model. It is for your general information and study.
• We are not a gambling operator and do not facilitate, accept, or place bets.
• Our content is not financial, investment, or betting advice, and is not a guarantee of results. Past performance — including any figures we publish — does not predict future results.
• Any decision to bet, and any money you stake, is entirely your own responsibility.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and a valid email. We may require you to verify your email.
• Don't share, resell, or redistribute our content or your access without our written permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial period (currently 7 days) with full access. No payment details are required to start the trial. When the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription (currently $14.99 AUD per month) through PayPal. By subscribing you authorise PayPal to charge you each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and may include or exclude taxes as required by law.
• You can cancel anytime through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Because this is a digital information service available immediately, we generally don't provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
• We may change prices or features with reasonable notice; changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — for example, that services are provided with due care and skill. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.

7. How our analysis is produced (automated processing)

Our race calls and ratings are generated in part by an automated statistical model that processes form data and market prices. The model's outputs are informational and probabilistic — they reflect patterns in data, not certainty, and we openly publish how our calls actually perform. No human guarantees any individual result.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content or data.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, analysis, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content for your own use — not to reproduce or resell it.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your non-excludable consumer guarantees), we are not liable for any losses — including betting or financial losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Racing data and third-party feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

11. Responsible gambling

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new date, and significant changes will be notified where reasonable. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
