Subscriptions are processed by PayPal. When you subscribe, your payment details are entered with and held by PayPal under their own terms and privacy policy — they are never sent to or stored on our servers. We only receive a subscription reference and status so we can manage your access.
Our racing calls and ratings are produced in part by an automated statistical model that analyses racing form and market data. This processing relates to race data, not to profiling you — we don't use automated decision-making to evaluate you personally. The model's outputs are informational only.
